Matasha LaQuinn is an award-winning business professional and top Real Estate expert.
For over 20 years, LaQuinn has helped thousands of families achieve the dream of homeownership while building housing projects as a Real Estate developer through her "Build Tha Block" movement.
As a former Asset Manager, she monitored the performance of property portfolios nationwide valuing in excess of $1 Billion, for organizations such as Bank of America & Goldman Sachs. This experience helped cultivate the desire to use Real Estate as an investment vehicle for herself and others.

She was the first broker in Texas to receive the REO/Foreclosure certification and specializes in the management of Real Estate portfolios for loan servicers, financial institutions and Government entities such as HUD and Fannie Mae.
Jackie's experience spans across 13 counties in Southeast Texas, and she has earned numerous awards, certifications, and membership affiliations.
She has served as the Past President for multiple organizations such as the Houston Black Real Estate Association, Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers and Region XII President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
